Shipping & Delivery

All Sena Kai essentials are shipped from our headquarters in Bali, Indonesia. Each order is carefully prepared and sent from our island to your door.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat, partially subsidised shipping rates worldwide.

Indonesia (JNE)

  •  Complimentary shipping

International Shipping (DHL Express)

  • Asia — IDR 170,000 (approx. $10 USD)

  • Australia & New Zealand — IDR 255,000 (approx. $15 USD)

  • All Other International Destinations — IDR 350,000 (approx. $20 USD)

Free international shipping on orders of 2 or more items.

Delivery Timeframes

  •  Indonesia: 2–3 business days within Bali, 2–8 business days for the rest of Indonesia

  • International: 4–7 business days, depending on destination

Tracking

Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow
your shipment via the carrier’s website.
