Is my Sena Kai bag fully waterproof?
Sena Kai bags are highly water-resistant and thoughtfully designed for real life, not full submersion (e.g., no swimming or diving with the bag). The TPU lining and water-resistant zippers comfortably contain moisture from damp swimwear or post-workout essentials, but they are not intended to hold standing water.
How do I care for the materials to ensure they last?
A little care goes a long way. To keep your Sena Kai bag looking and performing its best, gently wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth for everyday refreshes. Please avoid washing machines and dryers, as heat can compromise the integrity of the TPU lining. With mindful care, your bag is designed to stay with you for years.
What is the difference between your TPU lining and standard plastic linings?
We use a TPU lining instead of traditional PVC plastic. PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a common type of plastic often used in coated fabrics, but it can feel stiff and may develop cracking or odor over time.
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is more flexible and smoother to the touch. It allows the bag to fold naturally with the fabric while still effectively containing moisture, making it better suited for repeated use.
Does the bag help contain odors from sweaty clothes?
Yes, the non-porous TPU lining effectively contains moisture and odors from sweaty or damp items until you're ready to wash them. Unlike cotton or mesh, it does not absorb bacteria and can be easily wiped clean, helping the bag itself stay fresh.
What does GRS Certified mean?
GRS stands for Global Recycled Standard. It means the outer shell of your Sena Kai bag is made from verified post-consumer recycled plastic bottles and that our production partners meet strict environmental and social responsibility standards. It allows us to offer premium performance without compromising the planet.
How durable is the Sena Kai bag for everyday use?
Sena Kai is made to be lived in. The recycled polyester exterior stands up to daily movement, travel, and sand, while the flexible TPU lining is designed to handle heat and humidity without cracking or peeling. With thoughtful care, many customers use their bags daily for years with minimal signs of wear.

Do you offer free returns?
For international orders, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For local orders within Indonesia, we offer free returns. Please visit Returns   page for full details.
Can I exchange my bag for a different colour or size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or style, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order through our website.
Are there any costs for international returns?
Items returned from abroad must pass through Indonesian customs. Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees incurred are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the refund if charged to us. Please contact us before shipping your return so we can guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our Bali studio and is inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
What if my bag arrives damaged or defective?
If your bag arrives with a defect or issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@senakai.co with clear photos or a short video. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Orders are prepared shortly after being placed. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need changes. Once processing begins, updates may not be possible.

Where do you ship from and where do you deliver?
All Sena Kai orders ship from Bali, Indonesia. We deliver both within Indonesia and internationally.
How long will delivery take?
Indonesia deliveries typically take 2–8 business days. International deliveries typically take 4–7 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are separate from your order total.
What if my package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived?
