Materials & Impact
What the Sol is made of, where it comes from, and how it's packaged.
The Outer Shell
Made from 99% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, blended with 1% virgin polyester for weave stability.
The result is a lightweight, water-resistant shell that holds shape without stiffness and stays color-true through years of use.
GRS-certified — the global standard for verified recycled content and responsible supply chains
The Inner Lining & Protection
TPU-lined throughout. TPU is a flexible thermoplastic chosen over standard plastic linings because it flexes without cracking or peeling, so the inside of your Sol stays intact season after season.
The lining creates a reliable moisture barrier. It contains damp swimwear, sweaty gymwear, and post-sauna layers without seeping through to the back zip pocket or into your tote.
Wipe clean inside and out. Built to contain moisture from damp gear — not designed for submersion.
The Small Things
Quality lives in the parts most people don't photograph.
- Water-resistant zipper, color-matched to the bag
- Reinforced stitching at the stress points
- TPU wrist strap, debossed with the Sena Kai logo
- Tonal embossed logo on the main panel
- Recycled metal hardware on the strap ring
Packaging
Your Sol ships in FSC-certified paper packaging, sourced from responsibly managed forests.
Inside, each bag arrives in a natural cotton calico pouch — breathable, durable, and reusable. Keep it as a dust bag, or use it to store your Sol when you travel.
No single-use plastic, anywhere in the packaging.
